ZED Books strives to offer a selection of quality books and collectibles at truly affordable prices. We buy books based on our needs and while there are some authors and titles we will buy almost always our purchasing is directed by demand.
We suggest that you call Barry at 772-1007 during regular store hours before carrying boxes of books across town. For larger lots we will also gladly make appointments to come to your location for inspection and a quote.
Our buying is done daily during regular store hours. We generally pay 10-15% of the cover price with the exception of older, collectible books with low cover prices. Our selling price is about 40% of cover, less for hard covers depending on condition and demand. Collectibles are carefully graded and priced according to quality and demand.
